This is a great way to present ideas in a different manner that can be understood by everyone easily. I considered these blogging tips as a plan. Because planning is equal to success. To me, the main important tip is be patient. It is an essential ingredient needed for every blogger’s attitude not only bloggers but also every human being. For the success of s blog, it requires time and effort.

I actually outsourced the graphics for this as I wanted something done quickly. Plus it’s exciting to see results come back when all you initially submit is the words…lol

Yes, I didn’t put the embedded link on my other Infographic but I will do from this point. If you make it nice and easy to people to share then they will do. Easy is my motto

Patience is definitely a hard thing to conquer. It can be hard waiting for the results to appear, but when they do you won’t look back. That’s easier to say than do for new bloggers though and it’s often the patience that kills their blogs.

Social is definitely the key in blogging isn’t it Akshay. The more you can connect with readers the more they will return and also share your content so that others can return. Blogging is a lonely experience without being social!

Canva is a great tool to use for Infographic. This one I actually outsourced, as I wanted something done quickly and I didn’t have the time

This is AWESOME! Nice work! What design software do you use to create yours/where do you get your icons? I love that you made it possible to embed on people’s sites, I’ll definitely consider it! I’ve been meaning to try that too, I’ve read about how great that can be for your SEO as well as other things.

Great infographic Catherine.
#6 and #7 are the two that I was missing the most on my blog.

Being social helps to get more loyal readers, hence more direct visitors and comments.
Collecting emails is important. After some years, it would become the highest traffic driver for you. And you may need not to depend on Google by adopting these above two.

Meanwhile great infographic, it badly tempted me to Tweet

I love your idea about writing for an imaginary friend. If your friend is your specific target audience, then provided each and every article you write is going to benefit that friend, it will also benefit your other readers. Like you say, if they wont relate, then you are off topic. We should all start writing to our imaginary buddies

Thanks Carol. I like simple top tips too, and turning them into Infographics is a lot of fun, so I am planning on doing a lot more of these

I couldn’t live without my schedule, purely because I couldn’t keep all that information in my head! I also find that having a schedule means that I can release the thoughts onto paper which then clears my mind. If I tried to keep it all in my head, it would just be a mess! A schedule is definitely the way to go for me.

It sounds like your client may need to work on their patience! If only it were that easy to make money!! It’s funny though, because if someone spent a day learning any other trade they wouldn’t then ask how they could make money by the end of the week. For some reason people seem to think that this is possible with blogging. It really shows that they have not undertaken their research or given any real thought as to how their business will run.
